NEW TEACHING FACILITY

Project Overview:

Stein provided electrical and mechanical installation services to a new teaching facility at the independent Fettes College in Edinburgh.

The contract was over 18 months and required a significant amount of interfacing with existing services on the site, as well as prefabrication of piped services to the substantial plant areas.

The works were handed over defect-free, on time and within budget, which avoided the need to send tradespeople back into an operational education facility.
